Some Banks Hoarding Bailout Money

The financial bailout passed Congress a few weeks ago. Problem solved, right? Well, not exactly. Bank executives have been quietly saying they aren't likely to act swiftly with the bailout money. Alex Chadwick talks to New York Times' Louise Story about why holding onto the bailout money could keep credit frozen solid and the economy stalled.
