Worker Injured, Fireworks Ended

Officials in Hales Corners ended a fireworks display shortly after it began last night.A fireworks employee was injured last night when a shell unexpectedly detonated inside a launch tube. The man suffered a fractured leg and other injuries. The Hales Corners show stopped abruptly after four bursts of fireworks were fired. Remaining fireworks were later destroyed.
