Commentator Kimberle Williams Crenshaw recently spent time in Brazil, Latin America's largest country and home to 80 million people of African descent. She marveled at the nation's rich cultural tapestry, but she also observed color-based discrimination. In part two of her commentary, Crenshaw explores the myth of racial democracy in Brazil.
