Milwaukee Mayor Urges People To Get Vaccinated At Mobile Neighborhood Sites
Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett on Thursday continued to urge people to be vaccinated for COVID-19. FEMA announced last week that it will close its mass vaccination site in downtown Milwaukee on May 28 because demand is waning. The mayor encouraged people to take advantage of vaccine clinics out in the community, including one ahead of the Milwaukee Bucks game Sunday at the Fiserv Forum.
