Last weekend, Ex Fabula had a fantastic time at our first Secret Fabula of the season at Shaker’s Cigar Bar. The members—only event included small group tours of the building, the chance to mix and mingle during team trivia, and of course stories – about the afterlife, ghosts, and childhood romps in graveyards.

So in honor of our Secret Fabula event, our radio show brings you stories of the supernatural. Do you believe?
As a cocktail waitress at Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge, Jessica Shell never actually saw the Bryant’s ghost personally. Though she’s heard first, second and third hand that the ghost looks like a man named John. She also knows that she never goes upstairs alone and that she’s seen chandeliers begin swinging from a dead still; dead being the operative word. Haunted? You decide.
While working in the hospital one day, Jonathan Gorton heard that a woman was coding. Luckily, the medical staff was able to revive the woman. The next day, Jonathan was sent to her room to check on equipment and the woman began chatting with him about a conversation they had had the day before, right about the time she had flat-lined. And the things she knew about Jonathan were things that she could not possibly know.
It’s not too late. There’s a lot of season left. Our next StorySlam "My Life of Crime" is November 18th so mark your calendars. See you on the stage!
