Capitol Notes: Big spending underway in Wisconsin Supreme Court and State Senate primaries

Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack will be vacating this chair later this year, when she retires from the court. The four-way contest to replace her will narrow to two candidates after the Feb. 21 primary election.

Big spending has reached the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court—just two weeks before the primary election. The ads are underway in a key Milwaukee-area State Senate race. The chairperson of the Republican National Committee visits Milwaukee, and President Joe Biden is slated to come to the state. Editor JR Ross has a lot to discuss on this edition of Capitol Notes.
