It's been a rough year for We Energies electricity ratepayers, but a sunnier tomorrow?

We Energies customers face almost a 3% rate increase for electricity next year. That's on top of the 11% more that ratepayers shelled out this year.

But the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) says there was also some good news from the Public Service Commission meeting last week.

First though, CUB executive director Tom Content tells Chuck Quirmbach why a smaller rate increase is coming in a couple months.
